We pride ourselves on delivering quality parts to our customers. We also understand that you may need to return something or a refund, or exchange.
Below is our returns policy/procedure. We hope we can make this process as painless as possible. We reserve the right to charge a handling and restocking fee.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be clean, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- The original invoice must be included with your return.
- Parts returned for a refund will be assessed a 10% restocking fee and any cost incurred during a promotional purchase, including but not limited to shipping fees.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise instructed by DC Autosports.
- We will not accept returns for a refund after 30 days.
- Items returned for an exchange will not be assessed a restocking fee, however, they are still subject to any additional promotional and/or shipping costs incurred.
- Under no circumstances will DC Autosports reimburse or pay for any parts/labor charges related to any incorrect, faulty, or defective product.
